“Welcome to Bamboo Asana Yoga, where we practice Viniyoga that focuses on the combination of breath and movement. Our classes are for everyone regardless of experience with yoga and provides a calm environment free of competition. Everyone moves at their own pace. We promote increased strength while becoming more flexible. We will help you find the best way for you to practice yoga. The practice will be a focus on function not form. Your first class is complementary with no obligation.
